I'm Sandy Tang, a Calgary-born Realtor® and the founder of Condo Prospective—a boutique real estate brand specializing in pre-construction condos, assignment sales, and investment properties across Alberta. Real estate has been in Philip’s blood since childhood. He grew up watching his aunt build her own brokerage from the ground up — inspiring him to follow in her footsteps and help families find the place they can truly call home.

He works with all types of properties but has a real soft spot for detached homes and pre-construction. There’s nothing he enjoys more than handing someone the keys to a home that’s brand new and built just for them.

Philip knows South and Northwest Calgary like the back of his hand and has been loving the growth and community feel of the Southwest. Outside the city, you’ll often find him helping clients in Okotoks and High River — two places he describes as “small-town charm with big heart.”

Clients describe Philip as honest, straightforward, and easy to talk to — someone who turns transactions into relationships that last for years.

When he’s not with clients, you’ll find him spending time with his family, playing with his kids, or at church on Sundays. His dream home? A traditional-style acreage with plenty of room for the kids to stay close… even in their 30s (maybe 😅).
